I was a busy working wife and mom that put everyone else's needs before my own. When I reached my highest weight, I decided I had to make a lifestyle change. I started making time for me to workout I made me a priority and exercised daily. I learned that there is more to it than calories in and calories out. I am a life learner. I love learning about how the body works. I have a passion for teaching others how they can get their life and health back. I thrive on what motivates clients and then arm them with tools they need to become successful.Â
My transformation has been the drive behind my passion for personal training and nutrition. I specialize in weight loss, nutrition coaching, strength training, and functional movement. I believe the most effective workout program is the one you enjoy enough that you look forward to going to workout week after week. I know each person is unique and their programs reflect each client's different goals.

I joined the Healthy Habits Challenge August 1, 2021. By January 2022 I had lost 45 pounds. And 9 inches off my stomach. Lisa has been coaching me to take better care of my body. I have learned so much on the Healthy Habits Journey. I am so glad that I made the decision to try the program and learn to take better care of me because I am worth it! More goals to come...

Lisa's knowledge, compassion, empathy, support, caring, and encouragement set me on the right path. She's a great communicator and makes working out fun.
